Below I have attached a BEO created for the event. The black font is the original BEO and the red font represents notes I made regarding changes before and during the event.

Room layout

Below I have attached the room layout used for the event. It is modified from a previous event. The major's departments are placed at tables on this room layout. This is what we used during the event to quickly locate departments, direct faculty to their correct table, and direct students to departments they were seeking.

Here is the event space, Henry Hall, before the event:



By using the floor plan to utilize space, developing a theme, and supporting the theme with decor we transformed the study hall atmosphere into a lively one! The space also generated a lot of foot traffic from students going to or leaving class. This made our space ideal to help reach the client's attendance goal.
