The client gave my class a strict budget of $750. While we came up with an initial budget, throughout the event we re-allocated funds as ideas and plans changed.  The class event planner, Jennifer, documented the original budget and then tracked changes made up to the event. Below I have attached a spreadsheet which compares the actual budget with the budget we originally came up with. The class was able to stay under budget and have a contingency fund of $75.15.
